I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), yoga instructor, and certified aromatherapist based in Los Angeles, California.
As a health and wellness professional, I have experience working with individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds and stages of life, including adolescents and pregnant women. My philosophy is rooted in Health at Every Size. I specialize in plant-based nutrition (i.e., vegetarian and vegan diets) and mindful eating.
I take into consideration my client’s lifestyle so we can work together holistically to address health concerns while maintaining and encouraging a healthy relationship with food, body image, and physical activity.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, immersing myself in other cultures, and baking sweets.
